While most countries apostille documents, Canada is not part of the Hague Convention.  Therefore, we are unable to apostille documents.

Instead, the process involves 3 steps:

​

1.  Notarize your documents by a Canadian notary

(we have a notary on staff);

​

2.  Authenticate your documents at Global Affairs Canada or a Provincial document authentication service (where allowed);

​

3.  Legalize your documents at the Canadian embassy of the country you will be using them in.

​

We will analyze your documents to ensure they can successfully pass through the process.  We will liaise with Embassies and consulates as necessary.  We will handle any snags along the way.  In short...
